                           Lou and Martha DiSciascio

   Lou has been in the service industry for 40 years, much of that
   time in NJ, and then here in Coon Valley for the past 24 years.
   Martha DiSciascio  attended the Culinary Institute of America,
   and has been  in the service industry for thirty years. "We fell in
   love with Coon Valley the moment we came down the hill into the
   valley."
 They moved to Coon Valley from the Atlantic City area in
   1983, opened DiSciascio’s  in 1987, making this August their 20th
   year of operation.
